Who we are
We aim to collectively change the world one yoga class at a time. Our goal is to help people who already practice, or those who don´t know how to get started to discover the benefits of yoga, to be curious and to experience a vibrant intimacy with themselves.
Vinyasa Yoga is a form of yoga that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. Our vision is to offer spaces for people to reach their greatest potential in order to rock a calm mind, fit body and inspired life.
Jussara Martinelli de Mattos
Jussara began her practice 25 years ago. Her mindful yoga practice is infused with a sense of flow, breathe and ease. She guides students on their own journey toward being in the present moment, with a sense of inner joy, freedom, self-healing and spiritual growth.
She teaches Vinyasa Yoga and is a 200 RYT registred in Yoga Alliance. She studied 200 YTT and Mindfullness with Yoga Farm Ithaca as a Radiant Warrior, a 200 hour teacher training of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga in Brazil with Camila HeitzYoga with Cris Balzano and Veena Mukti in Brasil.
